Guide System
The SS series dynamically balanced slide is driven by a two-point precision eccentric shaft and guided by a twelve-point, zero-clearance, anti-friction roller bearing system, that is installed with zero clearance. This gives the slide a very high degree of accuracy for higher quality parts and longer tool life.
Hydraulic Withdrawal
The hydraulic withdrawal system will give up to four inches of die separation without affecting shut height, simplifying die inspection and tool maintenance.
Stuck-On-Bottom Recovery
The hydraulic withdrawal system allows you to raise the slide independent of position. This system makes it impossible to stick the press on bottom dead center.
